Equinor Exercises NOK1.7 Billion Options to Extend Helicopter Services Contract

Equinor (EQNR.OL) said Friday it exercised two options worth an estimated 1.7 billion Norwegian kroner to extend its contract for the procurement of helicopter services in Central Norway from CHC Helikopter Service. The deal covers three passenger helicopters and one search-and-rescue helicopter, while the options covered the period from Feb. 1, 2028, through Jan. 31, 2030, the energy company noted.
