INmune Bio Raises $4.5 Million Through Stock Offering and Warrants

INmune Bio agreed to raise $4.5 million in gross proceeds through a registered direct sale of 3 million shares at $1.50 each, alongside warrants for up to 3 million additional shares. The warrants have a $1.65 exercise price and expire in 2032.
