Ilika Raises Over GBP4 Million via Share Placing, Subscription
Ilika (IKA.L) said Friday it conditionally raised 4.6 million pounds sterling through an oversubscribed placing and subscription of 16,271,425 shares at 0.28 pound each. The British solid-state battery technology company plans to raise an additional 500,000 pounds through a retail offer of 1,785,714 shares. Ilika will use the proceeds to make progress on the commercial status of two product lines, support the commercial launch and ramp up of its small-format Stereax technology, and continue developing its large-format Goliath technology. The placing is subject to the admission of shares taking place no later than July 9, or at a later date until July 23.
