Helix Exploration Raises GBP16 Million from Share Placement

Helix Exploration (HEX.L) said Friday it raised 16 million pounds sterling from the placement of 72,727,273 shares at 0.22 pound apiece. The US-based helium exploration and development company is also offering shares to retail investors via RetailBook, seeking to raise an additional 1.6 million pounds. The retail offering is scheduled to close Friday.
