HII Reports $32.4 Billion in Third-Quarter Contract Awards

HII reported third-quarter 2026 revenues of $3.5 billion, representing a 10.8% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Net earnings for the quarter were $217 million, or $5.48 per diluted share, up from $145 million and $3.68 per share in the third quarter of 2025. The company secured $32.4 billion in new contract awards during the quarter, bringing year-to-date awards to $43.1 billion. HII raised its fiscal year 2026 shipbuilding revenue guidance range to between $10.5 billion and $10.7 billion. Additionally, the company reaffirmed its previously issued guidance for fiscal year 2026 shipbuilding operating margins of 6.0% to 6.5% and its free cash flow outlook.
