Tate & Lyle Board Backs Ingredion Takeover Scheme
Tate & Lyle (TATE.L) said Friday its board unanimously recommended that shareholders vote in favor of the scheme of arrangement for its takeover by Ingredion. The food and beverage products supplier's shareholders will vote on the scheme at court and general meetings scheduled for July 28, 2026. The scheme is expected to become effective in the second half of 2027.
