Potomac View Investments Exits Harbour Energy Shareholding

Potomac View Investments sold 54,775,572 shares in Harbour Energy (HBR.L), corresponding to 3.5% of the latter's issued share capital, through an accelerated bookbuild process. The shares were sold at 2.05 pounds sterling apiece, generating 112 million pounds of gross proceeds for Potomac View Investments, according to a Friday release. Potomac View Investments no longer owns any shares in the London-listed energy company following the conclusion of the secondary placing.
