Skanska Strikes EUR159 Million Sale Deal for Second Building of Polish Office Complex
Skanska (SKA-B.ST) sold the second building of the Studio two-phase office complex in Warsaw, Poland, to Stena Real Estate for 159 million euros. The building, which comprises a gross leasable area of 27,700 square meters across twenty-six above-ground floors, will be transferred to the buyer in the fourth quarter, according to a Friday release. The Swedish construction company sold the office complex's first building to Stena Real Estate in the second quarter of 2024.
