Più Medical Wraps Up Purchase of Italian Pharmacy Farmacia Formaggia
Più Medical (PMED.MI) concluded the purchase of Italian pharmacy Farmacia Formaggia, marking its first acquisition since its initial public offering in November 2025. The pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products distributor paid 8.1 million euros to the sellers, in addition to a 1 million-euro advance payment made at the time of the deal's signing, according to a Thursday release. Più Medical will also make a deferred payment of 1.7 million euros based on a price adjustment process to be determined by the end of this year and a potential earn-out based on the acquired business's revenue performance in the next 12 months.
