Global Invacom (SGX:QS9) clarified that it has no direct exposure to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of DISH TV subsidiary DISH DBS, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange. The company said its business operations are tied directly to DISH TV rather than the filing entities, adding that it is not a trade creditor under the restructuring proceedings.
