Mips Agrees $3 Million Settlement in US Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Mips (MIPS.ST) said Thursday it agreed to pay $3.3 million as part of an agreement with BrainGuard Technologies to settle a patent infringement case in the US. The Swedish safety company entered the agreement along with its customer, the Revelyst Sales successor Bushnell Holdings. The settlement will resolve all alleged claims and will stop all ongoing litigation.
