iWOW Technology Completes SG$11 Million Acquisition of Gentle Group

iWOW Technology (SGX:NXR) completed the acquisition of The Gentle Group for an aggregate purchase consideration of SG$10.9 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange. The founder's aggregate consideration of SG$4.9 million comprises SG$1 million in cash, 8.9 million shares at SG$0.319 per share, and SG$1 million in deferred cash.
