Cewe Stiftung Completes Divestment of Commercial Online-print Division

Cewe Stiftung & Co. (CWC.F) said Thursday it concluded the sale of its commercial online-print division to Cimpress. The deal, which included the Saxoprint production plant in Dresden and sales units viaprinto and Laserline, is expected to deliver a profit in the mid-double-digit million-euro range. The photo service company plans to use the proceeds to further develop its photofinishing business through investments in technology and automation, among others.
