Elite UK REIT Divests Four Welsh Properties

Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU) disposed of four properties in Wales, UK, for 6 million pounds sterling, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange. Shares of the REIT were up nearly 2% in Friday trading. Proceeds from the divestments will be used for high-quality or high-growth opportunities, the REIT said.
