Aevis Victoria's Infracore Completes Purchase of Hospital Buildings in Switzerland

Aevis Victoria (AEVS.SW) portfolio company Infracore said Thursday it completed the acquisition of the See-Spital hospital buildings in Horgen, Switzerland. The acquisition marked the Swiss healthcare real estate company's first sale-and-leaseback transaction with a public hospital. As such, the value of the company's real estate portfolio increased to more than 1.5 billion francs.
