Argan Delivers Two Logistics Facilities to Italy's Ferrero

Argan (ARG.PA) delivered two logistics facilities in the Rouen metropolitan area of Normandy, France, to Italian chocolate and confectionery products company Ferrero, according to a Thursday release. The first logistics facility covers an area of 34,000 square meters with a 660-kilowatt-peak rooftop photovoltaic power plant and a 200-kilowatt-hour battery storage system, while the second logistics facility spans 20,000 square meters and includes cold and temperature-controlled storage and a 790-kWp rooftop photovoltaic power plant. The French real estate company and Ferrero signed 10-year fixed leases for both facilities.
