CDL Hospitality REIT Renews Master Leases on Four Singapore Hotels

CDL Hospitality REIT (SGX:J85) renewed the master lease agreements for four Singapore hotels, extending the leases by another 20 years, according to a Thursday bourse filing. The leases will expire on July 18, 2046, the filing added.
