China Tobacco International (HK) (HKG:6055) Chairman Shao Yan resigned on Thursday due to retirement, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing. Following his resignation, executive director Dai Jiahui will assume the duties of chairman on an interim basis. The company said it will appoint a new board chairman within three months.
