Zenergy Battery Moves Ahead With Shenzhen ChiNext Listing Plan; Shares Rise 7%
Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies (HKG:3677) has begun preparations for a proposed listing on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing. The electric vehicle battery maker said it has signed a listing tutoring agreement with Guotai Haitong Securities and submitted a tutoring filing application to the relevant regulatory authorities as part of the proposed A-share listing. The proposed listing remains subject to further board and shareholder approvals, as well as regulatory clearances, the company said. Shares of the firm were up over 7% in Friday morning trade.
