Boss Energy Appoints Peter Botten as Chair

Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) appointed Peter Botten as chair of the company, effective Sept. 30, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing. Botten served as managing director and chief executive at Oil Search for more than 25 years, the filing said. Current Chair Wyatt Buck will remain in the role until Botten's commencement, after which he will transition to the role of independent non-executive director, it added.
