Bank7 Agrees to Acquire Controlling Interest in Century Financial Services

Bank7 (BSVN) said late Thursday it will acquire a 71% controlling interest in Century Financial Services as part of efforts to expand its footprint in a new market. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q3, subject to closing conditions, according to a statement. The shares to be bought are being sold by a court-appointed receiver in a court-supervised sale process, the company said.
