Nexa Resources Confirms Talks With Boliden Over Votorantim Stake

Nexa Resources S.A. (NEXA) on Thursday confirmed it is aware of ongoing negotiations between Votorantim S.A. and Boliden AB regarding Votorantim's interest in the company, and said it expects to enter discussions with Boliden on a potential transaction involving Nexa. Nexa said there is no certainty that an agreement will be reached, or as to the terms or timing of any potential transaction, and it does not intend to comment further unless additional disclosure becomes appropriate or necessary.
