Six Flags Entertainment Appoints Mark Pauls as COO

Six Flags Entertainment (FUN) said late Thursday it named Mark Pauls as chief operating officer, starting July 15. Pauls succeeds Tim Fisher, who will serve as a special advisor to the company through Dec. 15, according to a statement. Pauls was most recently the senior vice president of operations at Herschend Family Entertainment, according to the company.
