Brødrene A. & O. Johansen A/S reported a 22.9% increase in revenue to DKK 1,800 million and a 28.0% rise in EBITDA to DKK 126 million for the third quarter of 2026. The company's EBITDA margin improved to 7.0%, or 8.0% when excluding transaction costs.
Organic revenue growth reached 12.5%, bolstered by high market activity and market share gains, while recent acquisitions contributed an additional 10.4 percentage points to growth. Driven by this strong performance in the third quarter and early October, the company has raised its full-year guidance for revenue, EBITDA, and EBT. Additionally, the company noted that the Elektroimportøren acquisition, consolidated from August 26, 2026, contributed DKK 119 million in revenue and DKK 17 million in EBITDA during the period.
