TerraVest Industries Acquires Calgary-Based Superior Pressure Vessels

TerraVest Industries (TVK.TO) acquired Superior Pressure Vessels (SPV), for an undisclosed sum, the company said Thursday. Headquartered in Calgary, SPV manufactures pressurized tank trailers, a statement said. "SPV further enhances our manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness in our Compressed Gas Equipment division," Chief Executive Dustin Haw said. TerraVest utilized its existing credit facility to fund the acquisition. TerraVest shares were last seen up C$0.98 to C$117.07 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
