("Cosmos Health" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: COSM ), a diversified, vertically integrated global healthcare group, today announced that it has repurchased an additional 770,000 shares of its common stock in the open market at an average price of approximately $0.1956 per share, extending the buyback activity it began this week. The Company has now repurchased a total of 3,420,000 shares for approximately $650,000 under its previously announced share repurchase program of up to $5 million. Under the program, Cosmos Health may buy back shares from time to time in the open market, through privately negotiated transactions, or through other permitted means, in accordance with SEC Rules 10b5-1 and 10b-18 and other applicable restrictions.
