APi Group Corporation (NYSE: APG ) ("APi" or the "Company") announced that on July 1, 2026, it closed the acquisition of WTech Fire Group ("WTech"), a leading provider of fire sprinkler, suppression and detection solutions across Europe. The Company is raising its full year 2026 outlook to reflect the expected contribution from WTech for the remainder of 2026. The Company now expects net revenues in the range of $8,660 million to $8,860 million, up from $8,575 million to $8,775 million, and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1,177 million to $1,237 million, up from $1,165 million to $1,225 million.
