Ouster Prices ~$200M Offering Of 3,621,876 Shares At $55.22 Per Share

The Company has granted the underwriter of the Offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 543,281 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions. The Offering is expected to close on or about July 6, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Ouster intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
