Forestar CEO Oxley to Become Executive Chairman Nov. 1

Forestar said Executive Chairman Don J. Tomnitz will retire Oct. 31, 2026, and remain a consultant for two years. CEO Anthony W. Oxley will assume the executive chairman role effective Nov. 1, 2026.
