First Breach and ideaForge Terminate U.S. UAV Joint Venture

The companies mutually terminated their joint venture agreement effective October 26, 2026, ending plans to develop and manufacture unmanned aerial vehicles in the United States. First Breach has no further obligation to contribute capital, including a previously scheduled $10 million tranche.
