Colony Bank Sells Two Branch Properties for $16.2 Million

Colony Bank completed the sale of two Georgia branch properties for $16.2 million and agreed to sell a third for $3.7 million, bringing the potential gross purchase price to $19.9 million. The two sold locations were leased back under a 15-year master lease.
