Bausch Health Unit to Redeem About $643M of 8.5% Notes
The unit will redeem approximately $643 million of 8.500% Senior Notes due 2027 on Nov. 30, 2026, using cash on hand. An irrevocable notice dated Oct. 29 will be issued to record holders.
