(NYSE: FLYX ), exceeding the amount required for approval. The vote is not yet final: the Special Meeting of Stockholders reconvenes on July 2, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time, when polls close and the result will be certified. Stockholders may change or revoke a previously submitted proxy at any time before then.
