Clean Harbors, Inc. announced strong financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, with revenues reaching a record $1.87 billion, a 21% increase year-over-year. Net income rose 75% to $208.1 million, or $3.93 per diluted share, while Adjusted EBITDA grew 42% to $456.1 million. The company attributed these results to robust demand for environmental services, including emergency response and PFAS-related work, as well as high pricing for re-refined products in its Safety-Kleen Sustainability Solutions segment.

Additionally, the company announced an executive transition where Eric Gerstenberg will become the sole CEO on January 1, 2027, following the retirement of co-CEO Mike Battles. Clean Harbors also raised its 2026 guidance for Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted Free Cash Flow.
