MS International Reports Option Exercises and Voting Rights

MS International said 3,333 options over ordinary shares were exercised at £3.00 each and settled with existing treasury shares. It reported 17,841,073 issued shares, including 1,396,101 held in treasury, leaving 16,444,972 total voting rights.
