Marwynn Holdings Signs MOU to Evaluate ~$500M AI/Solar Campus

Marwynn Holdings signed a non-binding MOU with Grenada National Resort to evaluate a solar-powered AI data center campus with an indicative ~$500M scale. The proposal is subject to feasibility, financing, approvals and definitive agreements.
