Genmab Reports Survival and Response Improvement in Cancer Trial

Genmab said the first interim analysis of its first-line trial in PD-L1-positive recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer showed statistically significant, clinically meaningful improvement in overall survival and objective response with a petosemtamab combination.
