Sterling Little Changed, Remains Weaker Against Euro and Dollar

Sterling is little moved after U.K. Treasury chief John Healey reiterated his commitment to the fiscal rules as the budget gets underway. Healey said the Office for Budget Responsibility estimates fiscal headroom at 15 billion pounds.
