BPCL Refineries Operating Above Capacity, CMD Says

BPCL Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Khanna said its refineries are operating at around 117 per cent of capacity, the highest in the industry. Ongoing projects aim to improve energy efficiency, reliability and productivity.
