Metro Bank Chair Robert Sharpe to Step Down; Catherine Brown Named Interim Chair

Metro Bank said Robert Sharpe will leave at the weekend. Senior independent director Catherine Brown will take over as interim chair while the bank searches for a permanent replacement.
