UPM Sets Oct. 31 Demerger of Plywood Business to WISA Group

UPM will transfer its Plywood business to WISA Group on Oct. 31, 2026. UPM shareholders are expected to receive one WISA share per UPM share, with WISA expected to begin trading on Nasdaq Helsinki on or about Nov. 2.
