European Shares Subdued Ahead of UK Budget and Fed Decision

European stocks were subdued as traders awaited the 2026 U.K. autumn budget, major technology-company earnings and the U.S. Federal Reserve’s interest-rate decision. Brent crude futures traded above $115 a barrel.
