Iconic Labs Converts £5,000 Note Into 416,667 Shares

Iconic Labs said it issued 416,667 new ordinary shares at £0.0120 each on conversion of a £5,000 convertible note. Admission to trading is expected on or around October 30, 2026, increasing issued share capital to 18,415,202 shares.
