ING’s 2026 ECB Supervisory Review Leaves Capital Requirements Unchanged

ING said its Pillar 2 additional own funds requirement remains 170 basis points. Its fully loaded CET1 and total capital requirements remain 11.12% and 15.37%, respectively; the leverage ratio requirement remains 3.6%. As of June 30, 2026, ING reported a 13.1% CET1 ratio and a 4.2% leverage ratio, both above requirements.
