BASF Reports Q3 Revenue Growth and Raises 2026 EBITDA Guidance
BASF reported Q3 2026 revenue growth of 14.2% and adjusted EBITDA above analyst expectations. It raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance from the previous forecast.
BASF SE reported a strong third quarter for 2026, with revenue rising 14.2% to 16.36 billion EUR and an adjusted EBITDA of 1.64 billion EUR, surpassing analyst expectations. Driven by this performance, the company raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of 7.4 billion to 7.8 billion EUR, up from the previous forecast of 6.9 billion to 7.7 billion EUR. While the core business showed significant growth, the Agricultural Solutions division experienced a revenue decline of nearly 20% due to lower prices and the impact of an ERP-related shift in sales timing.
The company confirmed that the planned IPO for its Agricultural Solutions division remains on track for mid-2027.
