The Management Board of KAP AG has revised its 2026 financial guidance, now projecting revenue between EUR 220.0 million and EUR 240.0 million, down from the previous range of EUR 230.0 million to EUR 250.0 million. The company also lowered its normalised EBITDA forecast to a range of EUR 14.5 million to EUR 17.5 million, compared to the earlier expectation of EUR 19.0 million to EUR 23.0 million. This adjustment is primarily driven by negative currency impacts from the appreciation of the Israeli shekel and the Hungarian forint against the euro.
Additionally, the company cited a short-notice withdrawal of expected call-offs by a major electric vehicle customer at its Heiche US facility in Jasper, USA, which has led to significant capacity underutilisation.
