Brazil labor court says absences over medical notes without CID do not warrant compensation

Brazil’s Superior Labor Court (TST) ruled that applying absences to a cleaner for medical certificates without a CID code did not justify compensation. The body is truncated after identifying the court’s Fifth Panel.
