Vivakor Resets Payment Date For Its Previously Announced Special Dividend To September 5

The record date and all other terms of the previously announced special dividend remain unchanged, and no action is required by eligible shareholders. The extension provides additional time to complete the administrative and regulatory steps necessary to facilitate the distribution of the dividend. The Company continues to work diligently toward completing the process and currently expects the distribution to occur on or before September 5, 2026.
