Innventure Appoints Bill Grieco CEO, Effective Oct. 1, Succeeding Bill Haskell

Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV ), an industrial growth conglomerate, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Bill Grieco as Innventure’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Dr. Grieco will succeed Bill Haskell, who is retiring after a distinguished career spanning more than 45 years – the last six of which have been as Innventure’s CEO. Mr. Haskell will work closely with Dr. Grieco to support a seamless transition over the next three months.
