Genius Group Limited (NYSE American: GNS) has entered into a binding joint venture and shareholder agreement with FingerMotion, Inc. and BlueFlare to launch 'GENIUSpark Alberta.' The project aims to establish a cluster of high-performance computing (HPC) sites, with an initial target of 100 MW capacity and a long-term goal of 1 GW. The first site, Hanna Campus No. 1, is a $24.3 million, 2.4 MW facility on a 20.2-acre plot, with construction scheduled to begin in December 2026 and operations targeted for the second quarter of 2027.

Under the agreement, Genius Group will hold a 49% stake in the joint venture, while FingerMotion will hold 51%. The initiative intends to integrate Genius Group's community reskilling and treasury models into the local infrastructure development.
